Customized PCB assemblies

For many devices such as cell phones or GPS trackers, the demand for thinner or smaller components has never been higher. Through our unique overmold process and PCBA design, we were able to both reduce the size and cost of our customer’s GPS tracking device by a significant margin. By using devices such as custom overmolded cables, assemblies, and custom PCBA manufacturing significant amounts of space can be saved.

Packing more into less

As can often be the case in custom boxed electronic equipment, space can be the limiting factor in product design. As more is packed into the system, the need for cooling becomes ever more important. The fan control module of one of our clients was causing an issue due to lack of space. Our engineers were able to redesign their PCB assembly to go around the fans, as well as create a custom molded plastic enclosure that would reduce dust accumulation.
